The prices listed on the product pages include all costs and taxes except the shipping price. The purchase price is due immediately upon our confirmation notification or the delivery.
Payment can be made securely via PayPal. Please mail us for other payment options, like cheque or direct bank transfer. The goods remain our property until full payment.
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a request for orders. We reserve the right to changes and errors.
By clicking the order button at the last step of the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods included in the shopping cart. The contract of purchase, however is concluded later by our confirmation or the delivery of goods ordered.
As a confirmation of receipt of your order we will send you the text of your order immediately by email. Our Terms and Conditions can be viewed, saved and printed at any time. You can review your current orders in our customer log-in area, after registration.
When ordering goods from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the ‘Importer of Record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
We aim to complete and fulfil your order within 7 working days. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you in case of any fulfilment or stock issues via email or telephone.
Should the delivery of the goods, despite two attempts to deliver, fail, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Where appropriate, consideration will be promptly refunded.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund.
The cancellation policy applies solely to consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code of Law. Consumers are all individuals that complete a transaction that is not attributable to their commercial or self-employed occupation.
You may repeal your contract of purchase within 14 days without having to state reasons.
The allocated cancellation timeframe is 14 days, effective the day that you or an assigned third party, who may not be the carrier/courier, took said commodities into their possession.
To administer your right to cancel your order, you have to inform us, Garnet, Bödikerstr. 8, 10245 Berlin, Deutschland, email@example.com, phone +49 (30) 9599 2207, by sending us an explicit declaration stating that you are repealing your contract of purchase (for example: by sending us a letter in the mail or an email). It will suffice to send us your notification of repeal within the given cancellation timeframe in order for the 14-day cancellation timeframe to be granted.
If you repeal your contract of purchase, we are obligated to refund all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional shipping costs that result from choosing a different shipping option, other than the regular standard shipping option that we offer) immediately and within 14 days at most, effective the day that we receive your repeal.
The payment method which was used to make the transaction will also be used for the reimbursement, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned items or until we have received your notification that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.
We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original packaging and tags attached and intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer on your own expense.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
All leather items may vary slightly due to the nature of the material. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions and particularly colours are accurate; we cannot be held liable for any slight variations that can occur.
Please enclose your invoice supplied with your delivery. We advise that the goods be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Customers are also advised sale items and reduced goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns received after the fourteen day time frame or returns received without your notification are accepted at our discretion and can only be refunded with a credit note which can be used on your next purchase. Items returned after this extended deadline have are to be shipped at your own expense.
